Buying Guide
Key considerations when choosing a dog bone neck pillow:
- Adjustability: Look for removable filling, adjustable straps, and loops to secure the pillow in place. This helps maintain proper neck alignment across different seating positions.
- Cover and cleaning: Removable, washable covers simplify maintenance, especially for travelers who eat or snack on the go.
- Size and shape: A pillow around 15 x 7 inches with a contoured bone shape provides a balanced neck support for most adults. Consider larger or smaller options based on torso height and seat depth.
- Portability: Vacuum-seal packaging can save space, but ensure the pillow regains volume quickly after unpacking.
- Material: Cotton or cotton-blend covers are breathable, while extra fill density affects firmness. Choose based on comfort preferences and any neck pain concerns.
- Compatibility: If you plan to use the pillow on car headrests or airline seats, confirm the strap length and attachment method works with your environment.
